Last night I watched the movie: The Jane Austen Book Club. I had absolutely no expectations for it and found the movie oh so very cute. It reminded me of the movie: Love Actually in that there were lots of different main characters who have their own lives and relationships. These people come together every month to talk about the Jane Austen book they all agreed to read.After watching this movie, I have realized that although I have watched a few of the movies based on Jane Austen's books, I have not really read any of them.
Therefore, I have ordered the main 6 books by Austen and will be reading them throughout the summer. As soon as I finish China Boy by Gus Lee, I will start with Emma, Jane Austen!!
