Food!!

I want to learn how to cook new things. I have been looking online as this trial in the courtroom commenced this morning. I like Italian food and I like Korean food.

This is what RK made for me for valentine's day this year!! Needless to say - I was very impressed! Chicken Parmesan ladies and gentlemen:

Given my love for Italian food I have decided that I will try to cook 2 recipes this month. I was thinking perhaps I want to make a new dish every week, but let's be realistic here. I think I might be able to 2 new recipes!


Chicken Cacciatore - this dish I was lucky enough to sample in the 6th grade when my bff Taylor made it as the food of her country report - Italy. I remember finding it absolutely delicious. I have never had the pleasure of eating it again (at least not that I can remember).






Chicken Marsala - I always like this dish from Macroni Grill - I should try to make my own. The sauce is very unique and interesting!
