Revision: Books Books Books!

I have decided that instead of reading my previous list of books, I should read my friend's all time favorite books. Thanks J for my 2nd recommendation - what was it again? :)

1) East of Eden - Grace So's favorite book! Of which I am currently on page 203 out of 600 ... .. .
2) ..... - Joseph Gacula's favorite book!

Please share with me your all-time favorite book! - Share as in tell me the name of the book, the author and then if you have it - let me borrow it! You can share more than one, but I'm only going to make sure that I read your all-time favorite! :) Thanks!

Everything is good in San Francisco. No drama. Unfortunately yet fortunately. Trying to get motivated to exercise. Any suggestions?

Books Books Books!

I'm starting to blog again. My first post is very random. I have decided that this summer I will devote myself to reading classic literature. I have come up with a list of books:
  1. East of Eden – John Steinbeck
  2. Chronicles of Narnia – C.S. Lewis
  3. The Catcher in the Rye – J.D. Salinger
  4. Brave New World – Aldous Huxley
  5. The Old Man and the Sea – Ernest Hemmingway
  6. Crime and Punishment – Fyodor Dostoevsky
  7. The Sun Also Rises – Ernest Hemmingway
  8. Siddhartha – Hermann Hesse
  9. The Canterbury Tales – Geoffrey Chaucer
  10. Emma – Jane Austen
  11. Mrs. Dalloway – Virginia Woolf
  12. For Whom the Bells Toll – Ernest Hemmingway
  13. Les Miserables – Victor Hugo
  14. The Great Gatsby – Scott Fitzgerald
  15. One Hundred Years of Solitude – Gabriel Marquez
  16. Catch 22 – Joseph Heller
  17. Brave New World – Aldous Huxley
  18. Cannery Row – John Steinbeck
  19. Portrait of a Lady – Henry James
I have already started reading to East of Eden by Steinbeck which was given to me by Grace so I'm pretty proud of myself. I just hope I can finish this one book. If anyone has something to add, they should let me know!
