ASIA DE CUBA
The president of the Korean American Bar Association took me out to lunch last week. We went to to Asia De Cuba. It is at the Clift Hotel in San Francisco located at the corner of Taylor and Geary.
It's very swanky! I couldn't help but notice the fabulous interior decorations. Apparently the bar next door is a very nice place to go after work. There is or use to be a painting on the wall where the eyes would just follow you. Pretty fascinating. There is also this huge chair in the main room - apparently you can sit in it. Even though I wanted to, I refrained myself. I will have to try it out next time!
Here is a picture of what I basically had. I love variety so I went with the Bento Box for Dine About Town! Vegetables were good. The shrimp was delicious (I'm a huge fan of shrimp). I had the chicken salad that is not shown here, which was okay - too peanutty in my opinion. Dessert - well, I don't like dessert and I like chocolate desserts even less so I ate the raspberry which was really good! :)
Thank you for lunch!
