Symptoms:
1) The worst sore throat in a while! I wake up at night in pain because I swallowed and it hurts!
2) Body aches - feeling hot and sweaty and all of a sudden feeling cold
3) Headache
4) Nose drainage - fortunately its draining into my throat instead of out of my nose
Although I've had to ditch classes and work at the court and westlaw for the past few days, feeling much better today. ~
While feeling sickly, managed to read a good book!:

Very good book - I am a huge fan of historical fictions.
ju·das strain, n. A scientific term for an organism that drives an entire species to extinction
I didn't realize that this was part of a series - Sigma Force - which is basically a shadowy covert organization: fictional of course. In this book, there is some sort of a bio-chemical outbreak that can destroy mankind and the bad guys: the Guild are after the cure so that they can use it as a bio-weapon. Of course the Sigma Force (made op of former Special Forces officers trained as experts in various scientific fields who scour the world for technologies that could help or threaten the U.S.) must stop them! It's kind of corny but still, a page-turner and a good entertainment.
The reason why I like historical fictions is because of the history and places it takes me through. Most of the historical fiction books I read, even if the story itself is fiction, the places, theories, legends, and myths are truth. This book took me through Venetian tombs, Byzantine cathedrals, and jungle-encrusted ruins—following the trail of the most fabled explorer in history: Marco Polo. I find it much more interesting to read about history in these tales than reading a history book! :) Granted not everything is true true ... but it does make me curious enough to look things up!
I can't wait to go back and start with the first Rollins Book!
