This is the 3rd book of the Inheritance series. Do you remember the movie "Eragon?" About a boy who finds a egg and the egg hatches into the dragon Saphira? I'm sure you watched the movie and thought it sucked. Well, I hope you take the time to read the books, because they are so much better. It's very creative - almost like Lord of the Rings / Harry Potter type.
Brisingr had a lot of politics involved which was good but the most gripping part of the book was at the end. The last 50 pages - I read them faster than I did the rest of the book. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who does read it, but all I could say after I finished it was ...

the movie did suck! anyways, have you read the earthsea series by ursual le guin. the author totally ripped her off. guess 19 year olds really aren't that creative.
