Went to PALOMINO the other night with some friends for dinner. Not all that impressed. The interior looked nice and it seemed like a pretty nice place. We had the calamari for appetizer and it was pretty good. The bread and the marina sauce dip was delicious. I ordered the pomodoro (my favorite) and it came out salty and not all that great. I was not impressed! The view is really pretty though because its on Embarcadero so you get a really cute view of the water there.Overall: EH - would not recommend it!

I ate at Palomino in Westwood sometime during college. Completely overrated. Glad we can agree upon that.
But did you try the gargonzola fries? Gotta go for happy hour when all the appetizers are 1/2 off
